About the Author

I LOVE the outdoors, nature, cooking, people and places. Most stories or poems come to me from somewhere. I can’t honestly say how it all happens. The fun is in the LEAP of faith.
Born in Prentiss, Mississippi, 1956, BBA Pacific Lutheran University, I  enjoy “the life” writing or taking a few snapshots of it. As well as, the many bonds formed with friends and family along the way. I own a financial advisory practice and reside in the Pacific Northwest.
I’ve also authored two books: GRITS FOR THE RIBS: True Life Stories and Selected Poems and BIG DADDY PERCY: A Goodwill Story.

Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but the moments that take our breath away. – Anonymous
